My name's Kathy and I'm interested in getting involved with your radio station.
I'm a young-at-heart forty-something, but I get on well with twenty-something's and other young people as I'm pretty down to earth and interested in pop culture.
I started in RSL radio at 16, went on to do a degree in TV &Radio and was a hospital radio request presenter for 2 years. I can drive a radio desk, although I may be a bit rusty as I haven't done any radio for nearly twenty years, other than as mall marketing stint for Fresh radio.
If I can be helpful I'd love you to get in touch. I'd really like something where I pop in for a couple of hours as I don't have a lot of time for preparing shows etc outside of those hours.

Community radio station Torquay was recently visited by myself awhile ago, and looking forward to meeting them again. All of us here on SugaRadio wishing them good luck in their new venture. We here at SugaRadio believe radio has lost its way. Time to turn radio broadcasting upside down and inside out. Everything we do here at Suga is in-house,we build our own Servers, Shoutcast DNAS, Broadcast mixers, Mixing consoles, Radio broadcast equipment along with web design and publication. We encourage the youth of to-day to be involved with this, helping them with life experiences and hopefully teaching them useful knowledge for a better future for years to come.

Roger and myself had the opportunity to visit Salford City Radio meeting Harry Grundy and the team. We would both like to thank them for their hospitality and making us very welcome for the whole of the day. I am also grateful for their involvement with SugaRadio.
